About the role
Job Description
Maintain and support company IT systems and networks, ensuring reliable uptime, secure operations, and prompt resolution of incidents while administering servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Resolve incidents within SLA consistently
- Maintain network and system uptime targets
- Implement secure configurations and patching
- Document and improve network/system processes
- Support users with high satisfaction ratings
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux administration
- Experience supporting networks (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN)
- Familiarity with ITIL or help-desk ticketing practices
- Strong troubleshooting and networking fundamentals
- Windows Server administration
- Linux administration
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
- Switches/routers troubleshooting
- Firewall/VPN configuration
- Monitoring and ticketing tools
- Customer-focused communication
- Structured problem-solving
- Time management and prioritization
