Senior Manager Data & AI

Job Description

 

• Lead and manage end-to-end data and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee data collection, processing, modeling, and AI-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, understanding their data needs and challenges.
• Present AI and data-driven solutions to clients, translating technical concepts into business value.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Work on business development opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets for AI and data solutions.
• Support pre-sales efforts, including solution design, proposal development, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create AI-driven offerings and strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and data analytics trends to drive innovation.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
• Train and mentor teams on best practices in data management and AI integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data management, AI solutions, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in handling data projects, AI-driven solutions, and business intelligence.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, pre-sales, and business development.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, machine learning models, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, AI frameworks, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
