  • Direct Money Movement activities, including wire and ACH processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and approval workflows.
  • Manage the Purchasing Card program administration and the expense report review process.
  • Ensure treasury activities comply with treasury policies, banking agreements, accounting guidelines, and covenant reporting requirements related to the company's credit facilities.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate general ledger (GL) reporting and reconciliation of treasury-related transactions.
  • Develop and monitor operational KPIs for the AR/Cash Application, Treasury Operations, and Money Movement teams, and report results to the SVP, FP&A and Treasury on a regular cadence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to increase efficiency and strengthen controls across cash application, treasury operations, and money movement.
  • Prepare cash position analyses, reporting, and presentations for senior management.
  • Lead and facilitate projects that interface banking platforms with enterprise systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional leadership meetings supporting new product development and launches.
  • Mentor and develop treasury team members to raise the skill level across the group.
  • Effectively communicate and provide presentations to all levels of the organization.
