  • Partner with physicians, nurses, therapists, and clinical teams to develop effective behavior support plans and treatment strategies.
  • Deliver training and consultation to hospital and crisis staff on IDD-specific care and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless transitions to community supports and services.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and improve outcomes.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship for BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff pursuing professional development and certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with IDD and complex behavioral needs
  • Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and collaboration skills
  • Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation
