  • Establish schedule baselines; perform schedule updates and variance analysis against baseline and key milestones.
  • Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and support evaluation of schedule changes, delays, and recovery plans.
  • Review and analyze contractor-submitted schedules; provide comments, identify issues, and coordinate corrections.
  • Track critical path, near-critical activities, constraints, and key interfaces across disciplines (civil/utilities/roadwork/paving).
  • Prepare schedule narratives, dashboards, and briefings for project leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Support schedule-related documentation for claims avoidance, change management, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of accuracy, reliability, and completeness in prior roles.

Required Education

Preferred Qualifications

  • BRT / transit project scheduling experience.
  • Experience supporting CMGC delivery (or similar alternative delivery methods).
