Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Site QA/QC Manager to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain overall consistency of quality supervision-
- Line manager of Quality Managers
- Backup of both Quality Managers during their leave/absences
- Collation and reporting of quality KPIs monthly, with assistance from Reporting Specialist
- Owner of Project Quality Plan & Lesson Learned
- Mentor deputies for quarterly audits of Contractors, campaigns and focused inspections
- Review of select Contractor Quality key documents (including Plans, Audits, NCRs) as Final Approver
- Mentor and Monitor performance of Quality Managers.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field
- 15+ years experience in a quality role
- Broad knowledge of quality requirements in foundations, structures, roadworks, utilities and MEP
- Prior experience as the lead Quality role on a high-value programme of works
- Expert knowledge of construction quality processes
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Willingness to regularly spend time on the worksite to verify quality practices are being implemented and to identify deficiencies.
