Key Responsibilities
Product sales and maintenance of store appearance and environment.
Customer service and customer relationship management.
Support the Shop Manager in daily store operations.
Inventory management, including warehouse stock and in-store display products.
Administrative and system management, including preparation of daily sales reports and ERP data entry.
Delivery management, including reviewing daily delivery schedules and conducting follow-up customer calls (Happy Calls).
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of department store sales experience (mattress or bedding sales experience preferred).
High school diploma or higher.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
