Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. Responsibilities

• Integrate AI models, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic developer tooling into your daily engineering process to accelerate prototyping velocity and test non-deterministic UI paradigms.
• Build Live Experiments and interactive sandboxes that validate user feel, frame rates, and latency under real-world LLM streaming conditions.
• Author production-grade front-end code and reusable components across Web (TypeScript, HTML5, modern CSS, Web Animations API) and Native Mobile (iOS/SwiftUI and Android/Jetpack Compose).
• Systemize motion tokens, container transforms, and fluid transition frameworks into the Search Design System (SDS) for scalable governance.
• Develop and maintain tooling, pipelines, and frameworks that empower partner teams, uplevel cross-functional craft, and dramatically shorten the design-to-implementation timeline.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
  
• Experience in application development in one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience delivering production UI, interactive prototypes, or motion systems within complex product organizations.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI models, LLMs, prompt engineering, generative UI workflows, or agentic developer tools into daily engineering workflows.
• Experience building or prototyping across Web and Native Mobile platforms (iOS/SwiftUI or Android/Jetpack Compose), ensuring seamless interaction and visual fidelity across operating systems.
• Experience architecting design token pipelines, developer harnesses, or design system component libraries.
• Deep expertise in UI animation mechanics, gesture dynamics, spring physics, cubic-bezier curves, and rendering performance optimization (avoiding layout thrashing, 60fps budgets).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
