Compensation:

• $55,000 to $75,000 Annually | Experience based
• Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly, professional manner
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, assuring transparency and trust
• Coordinate repair orders and communicate with technicians for timely service completion
• Maintain in-depth documentation and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with clients through honest communication and premium service

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor (Honda experience a plus, but not required)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Driven, positive attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver’s license
