About the role
SHIPPING & RECEIVING AGENT (USA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Littleton, NH
Report to: Logistics Manager
The Shipping & Receiving agent is responsible for all tasks related to shipping and receiving Rotobec USA inventory.
Job Responsibilities
- Assistance in all shipping & receiving operations
- Adhere to company standards for warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements
- Participate and successfully complete all required safety training
- Pack and prepare outbound shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated storage locations
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment, keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintains a clean shipping supply area; and complies with company policies and safety regulations
- Assists in solving warehouse-related issues to improve service and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Logistics Manager
Job Requirements
- Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred
- Forklift certification or experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
