In this role, you will design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software solutions that support critical business applications. As a senior-level contributor, you will take ownership of complex projects, drive technical excellence, and help shape the future direction of our software development practices. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain complex software applications and components.
• Take ownership of large projects and product initiatives from concept through deployment.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and project artifacts.
• Identify technical risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and quality expectations.
• Champion Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Provide technical leadership, problem-solving expertise, and innovative recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and career development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Experience leading technical projects and coordinating development efforts.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced developers.
• Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving engineering practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced technical training, certifications, or graduate-level education.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and software frameworks.
