Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Computer Science preferred)
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Java development
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent attitude and communication skills
  • Strong Java and Spring Boot knowledge with hands-on experience in object-oriented design and development
  • Knowledge of RDBMS systems; experience with Cassandra is a plus
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical applications in software development
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to improve developer productivity
  • Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered application integrations is a plus
  • Exposure to AI APIs/frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Work in a dynamic environment to create, enhance, and maintain product features
  • Continuously learn and gain in-depth knowledge of technologies and product domains
  • Design, develop, deploy, and debug applications in a microservices and Kubernetes environment
  • Understand and contribute to event-driven architectures
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment
  • Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, productivity, testing, and debugging
  • Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities within products and internal engineering workflows
  • Contribute to the integration of Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions where applicable
  • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices
