About the role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for managing spa reservations, welcoming and assisting guests, coordinating therapist schedules, promoting spa treatments and retail products, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa & Fitness Centre while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for managing spa reservations, welcoming and assisting guests, coordinating therapist schedules, promoting spa treatments and retail products, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa & Fitness Centre while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, wellness, or spa operations would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of spa operations, reservations handling, and guest service standards are preferred.
- Strong sales and upselling skills with the ability to promote spa treatments, retail products, and memberships.
- Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities.
