Strategic Sourcing Manager, Silicon Operations

Amazon Leo team is looking for a Business Operations Manager to support business and engineering stakeholders in selecting, developing and managing business relationships with critical technology and service suppliers, and others as needed to execute on Amazon Leo objectives. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record developing and executing strategy, and managing supplier performance. Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will be an advantage.

Key job responsibilities
Be the Leader for ASIC Global Business Operations. Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders and inventory management.

Responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.
Lead cross-functional Initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business.
Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements.
Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.
Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience taping out chips that have gone into high volume production
- Experience delivering products to volume production
- Experience leading technical initiatives and key deliverables
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred qualifications

- Master's degree or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
