Role Overview
Miral Experiences is looking for a Senior Manager - F&B Sourcing lead and shape the procurement strategy across our world-class attractions, parks, and destinations.
In this highly strategic role, you will be responsible for driving category excellence, supplier performance, commercial value, and supply chain optimization across the F&B portfolio. You will leverage group-wide spend, lead complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement governance, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies across:
Fresh and perishable produce
Ambient, chilled, and frozen goods
Beverages
Catering consumables
F&B services
Consolidate demand and spend across the business to maximize value and efficiencies
Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management
Drive supplier consolidation, specification standardization, and supply chain optimization
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), ethical sourcing standards, and UAE food safety regulations
