HR Coordinator Temporary
At Pariveda, we are driven by our Purposeful Profit philosophy: success means helping people achieve their fullest potential while driving positive outcomes for our clients, employees, and communities. As a Certified B Corp™ delivering strategy and technology services to companies and organizations ready to make potential possible, we are deeply committed to using business as a force for good. Our mission is rooted in growth—of people, businesses, and the world around us.
Pariveda is not your average professional services firm. We don’t measure one’s worth by the hours they log but rather by their individual growth. We live and celebrate our values by supporting and caring for the whole person, operating transparently, and being curious and unafraid to ask questions.
Pariveda is seeking an HR Coordinator for a 12-18 month period to join our Care & Support Operations & Compliance team in our Dallas office. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day execution of key HR programs — like onboarding, offboarding, compliance—while partnering closely with our consultants and leaders across the firm. You’ll blend detail-oriented process ownership with a people-first mindset, using data, systems, and relationships to deliver a smooth employee experience and continuously improve how our HR operations run.
This Role is Hybrid in our Dallas office - 3232 McKinney Ave #1400, Dallas, TX 75204
You Can Expect To:
As an HR Coordinator, you can expect to:
Own day-to-day HR operations so employees receive timely, accurate support at every stage of their journey.
Lead the operational side of onboarding so new hires have a clear, organized, and welcoming experience from offer through their first weeks.
Execute offboarding processes to ensure departures are smooth, compliant, and handled with care for both employees and leaders.
Maintain high-quality HR data and records, keeping our systems, files, and HR resources accurate, organized, and easy to navigate.
Support and run key compliance and policy programs (like handbook updates, training cycles, and labor law requirements) that keep our people informed and protected.
Other ad-hoc HR Operations projects and duties as assigned.
We Look For:
The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or employee-facing role
People-first, service-oriented mindset with experience supporting employees and leaders
Strong time management across recurring cycles and multiple deadlines
Clear ownership and follow-through, using task management tools to track and deliver work
High attention to detail with strong data and documentation accuracy
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an adaptable style
Demonstrated judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
Eagerness to learn and grow, bringing a growth mindset, and willingness to lean into the discomfort of change
Curious, process-minded approach with an interest in improving how work gets done
Experience working in HRIS and with Microsoft 365 suite, especially Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or comparable experience
