About the role
Job Description:
- Handle agreement/order processing, customer inquiries, and complaints.
- Process local sales/FOC, indent sales, inter-company sales, and PO orders.
- Replenish TPU stock for GA countries.
- Support sales representatives in the field and provide specific reports to the relevant Commercial/Account/Sales/SC Manager as needed.
- Implement TPU supply strategies and assist in preparing reasonable inventory levels in TW.
- Execute delivery solutions in line with the company's logistics framework and help manage the service level of LSPs.
- Maintain documentation for internal auditing.
- Prepare reports as required by the line manager and sales account managers.
