Description

Make a Real Impact – Join Our Team as a Support Partner!

  • Personal care (bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, transferring with a Hoyer lift)
  • Transportation using a wheelchair-accessible van
  • Medication administration and healthcare appointments
  • Household tasks like shopping and cleaning
  • Supporting technology use (iPads, laptops, Alexa)
  • Encouraging community involvement and recreation

Part-time weekend position available!

Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 3PM - 11PM

  • Creative, patient, and professional team members
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to support someone in living a self-directed life

Pay

  • CNA preferred but not required
  • must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
