About the role
Description
The Technical Product Manager – Identity Graph will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Intentsify’s Identity Graph. This role is responsible for building and continuously evolving a comprehensive graph of contacts, devices, and firmographics to create an accurate and high quality entity resolution graph from all of Intentsify’s data supply chain.
This is a highly data-centric product role requiring a strong understanding of contact data, device data, firmographics, data products, and the application of AI, machine learning, and entity resolution to create a broad, accurately linked identity graph.
The goal of this role is to help Intentsify build & maintain the best Identity Graph in the world, providing the intelligence needed to power modern Sales and Marketing workflows, applications, and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
Signal Graph Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Intentsify’s Identity Graph.
- Define the signals, entities, relationships, metadata, and intelligence required to support current and emerging Sales, Mar-Tech, and Ad-Tech use cases.
- Continuously evaluate the breadth, depth, quality, freshness, and differentiation of the Identity Graph.
- Identify gaps and opportunities across the entire data supply chain to improve and refine entity resolution
- Define requirements for how entities are collected, processed, enriched, normalized, connected, and made available for downstream use.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to prioritize and deliver Identity Graph capabilities.
Data Sources & Market Intelligence
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Sales, Mar-Tech, and Ad-Tech ecosystems.
- Continuously evaluate new data sources, partnerships, and collection methodologies that can expand or differentiate Intentsify’s Identity Graph.
- Understand competitive offerings and market trends across contact, firmographic, and digital data assets.
- Develop frameworks for evaluating potential data sources based on coverage, quality, uniqueness, freshness, scalability, compliance, and commercial value.
- Work closely with Data Acquisition and other internal teams to translate product requirements into data sourcing priorities.
AI, ML & Signal Intelligence
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to apply AI, machine learning, NLP, and other analytical techniques to generate and improve entity resolution.
- Explore opportunities to use AI to identify new sources, relationships, and patterns that cannot be derived through traditional rules-based approaches.
- Establish methods for continuously measuring and improving identity accuracy, relevance, freshness, and predictive value.
- Ensure Identity Graph capabilities evolve alongside advances in AI, machine learning, data processing, and knowledge graph technologies.
GTM Applications & Data Products
- Understand how identity data is consumed across Sales, Mar-Tech, Ad-Tech, ABM, advertising, demand generation, and AI-enabled GTM workflows.
- Translate GTM use cases into Identity Graph requirements without creating use-case-specific or customer-specific data architectures.
- Partner with other Product teams to ensure Identity Graph capabilities can effectively power Intentsify products, APIs, integrations, applications, and AI agents.
- Define scalable methods for exposing signals and intelligence to downstream products and workflows.
Product Management & Execution
- Own the product lifecycle for Identity Graph capabilities from discovery and requirements through development, release, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Develop product requirements, data specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with Engineering and Data Science.
- Define and monitor KPIs for signal coverage, quality, accuracy, freshness, usage, and business impact.
- Collaborate across Data Acquisition, Data Science, Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to execute the Identity Graph roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Technical Product Management, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related data-focused role.
- Strong experience working with data products and large-scale datasets.
- Experience with contact, digital, and firmographic datasets.
- Strong understanding of how data and signals are used across modern Sales, Mar-Tech, and Ad-Tech workflows.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, data models, entity resolution, graph technologies, data enrichment, and large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, LLMs, and other techniques used to classify, enrich, analyze, and derive intelligence from data.
- Ability to work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams and translate product objectives into detailed data and technical requirements.
- Experience evaluating data sources based on coverage, accuracy, freshness, uniqueness, scalability, and commercial value.
- Prior experience within contact data, firmographic data, advertising, demand generation, MarTech, SalesTech, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, product strategy, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Passion for building differentiated data products and using data and AI to transform how Sales and Marketing teams identify and engage buyers.
