6-Month Contract | Opportunity to Convert to Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a six-month contract assignment supporting both high-volume technical recruiting and several key Talent Acquisition improvement projects.

This role will balance hands-on recruiting with project-based work focused on improving our recruiting processes, systems, integrations, data and Power BI dashboards, automation, and AI enablement.

The role will require strong global partnership, working across regional Talent Acquisition teams, HR, HRIS, IT, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholders to develop solutions that can scale across a global recruiting organization.

At the completion of the six-month assignment, there is an opportunity to convert into a full-time Technical Recruiter position and leverage and use the AI and technology that was developed.

Data & Power BI

  • Develop and improve Power BI recruiting dashboards and reporting.
  • Help translate recruiting data into actionable insights related to pipeline, process health, hiring demand, recruiter productivity, and recruiting performance.
  • Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and usability of recruiting analytics.

AI & Automation

  • Identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation to improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
  • Support development and implementation of AI-enabled recruiting workflows, tools, and solutions.
  • Help the recruiting organization adopt new technology and more efficient ways of working.

Global Partnership

  • Partner with global and regional TA teams to understand different recruiting requirements, processes, and challenges.
  • Collaborate across HR, HRIS, IT, Data & Analytics, and other functions to deliver global solutions.
  • Help ensure processes, systems, dashboards, and technology solutions are scalable while accommodating regional needs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume technical recruiting.
