As a Center of Excellence within the gTech Ads Solution team, our mission is to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to achieve business outcomes through data-driven measurement.In this specific team, you will partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing scaled, support to build measurement readiness, including assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators. Your ultimate goal is to enable clients to maximize value from Google's products and shape the future of measurement.
You will serve as a technical expert on Google's measurement products, working with Large Customer Sales clients to assess their readiness, identify gaps, and implement solutions at scale. Your role involves close collaboration with clients, agencies, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Discover customer measurement needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly issues/goals.
- Analyze existing third-party partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner.
- Participate in ideation, design and delivery of joint services plan.
- Act as a consulting partner for ads measurement and data ingestion needs.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
- Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome Dev Tools, and working with APIs.
- Experience in troubleshooting implementation issues, such as diagnosing critical product bugs affecting data flow.
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technical field.
- Experience setting up Enhanced Conversions (EC), Google Analytics (GA4), Consent Mode, and Tagging (including server-side tagging and API integrations).
- Experience advising internal and external stakeholders (like developer teams) on the end-to-end process life-cycle.
- Deep understanding of Google and competitor ads products, as well as the broader privacy-safe measurement landscape.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
- Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome Dev Tools, and working with APIs.
- Experience in troubleshooting implementation issues, such as diagnosing critical product bugs affecting data flow.
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
