This position reports to:
HR Business Partner__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure design and delivery of internal and customer technical trainings. Each day, you will guarantee continuous planning for the Training function. You will also showcase your expertise by assigning proper instructors and classrooms for each scheduled course and by providing schedule changes for other departments in case of overscheduling.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring the effective execution of internal and external technical trainings related to products, systems, and/or services.
- Establishing pricing for courses and provides relevant date for use along with proposals.
- Selecting, managing, and guaranteeing proper training of outsourced trainers.
- Certifying excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satisfaction in your own area of responsibility.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business management or similar
- 5+ yrs experience coordinating Technical Training programs
- Management of quotations, proposals and suppliers/contractors
- Development of training calendars and ensuring acomplishment of annual plan and audits.
- MS Office tools proficiency
- Advanced English
