Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide telehealth services in Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and North Dakota.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth services for adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide speech-language services via a telehealth presenter to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under a physicians’ orders

Qualifications

Required Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology

• Certificate of Clinical Competency

• Current Colorado license and posses or be willing to be licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Idaho.

• One year of experience as a SLP working with the adult population

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetHealth experience

• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience

• Telehealth experience
