Under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Psychologist, you will provide assessment, treatment, and recovery-focused services to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Services are provided to individuals with high level needs across environments; including home, school and community. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position working in the Milwaukee Metropolitan area.

This is an excellent opportunity for master's-level clinicians seeking supervised experience while building skills in psychotherapy, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and community-based behavioral health services.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy services
  • Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building services that support recovery and wellness
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary treatment teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
  • Deliver services using trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Practicum experience related to Family Therapy, DBT Informed, or TFCBT
  • Spanish-speaking skills are preferred due to the needs of the individuals we serve, but not required.
  • Eligible for Wisconsin "in training" licensure (APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Why Join LSS?

  • Clinical supervision and professional mentorship
  • Opportunity to gain valuable licensure hours and hands-on experience
  • Meaningful work supporting individuals and families in recovery
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture
  • Ongoing training and professional development

At LSS, we believe every person deserves respect, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive. If you're passionate about helping others and ready to grow as a clinician, we'd love to hear from you.
