协助办理宾客入住、退房及相关接待手续。
为宾客提供专业、热情和高效的服务，解答宾客咨询。

维护前台区域整洁及设备正常运作。
协助更新宾客信息及完成相关系统录入工作。
与客房部、礼宾部及其他运营部门保持良好沟通，确保宾客体验顺畅。
完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
Assist with guest check-in, check-out and related front desk procedures.
Provide professional, courteous and efficient service to guests and respond to inquiries.
Support the handling of guest requests and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Office area.
Assist in updating guest information and maintaining accurate records in hotel systems.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

具有基本英语听说读写能力。
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件者优先。
积极主动，责任心强，能够适应轮班工作。
Current student pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, English or related disciplines.
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Positive attitude, responsible and willing to work flexible shifts.
