Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As a Trainee Leader, you will work closely with experienced team members and leadership while learning how to support daily operations, coordinate team activities, solve problems, and contribute to overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily team operations and organizational activities.

• Assist leadership with team coordination and performance goals.

• Learn and apply company procedures, processes, and operational standards.

• Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and management.

• Help maintain an organized, productive, and positive work environment.

• Participate in leadership and professional development training.

• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and performance.

• Support new team members as they become familiar with company procedures.

• Take ownership of assigned projects, responsibilities, and development goals.

• Develop the skills necessary to take on additional leadership responsibilities within the organization
