At CCR Commercial Refrigeration, we are looking for an experienced Turn Key Manager to lead our Turn Key business in the Czech Republic.
This is a key leadership role combining commercial expertise, technical project management and operational excellence. You will take ownership of the project portfolio, drive profitability and lead teams delivering complex technical solutions from concept to completion.
Zodpovědnosti
Drive business performance: Manage Turn Key revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasting and project financial performance.
Lead project delivery: Oversee complex projects from commercial preparation through engineering, installation and commissioning to customer handover.
Support business growth: Partner with Sales teams to evaluate opportunities, develop commercially sound solutions and support key customer negotiations.
Lead and develop teams: Guide project managers and technical teams, ensuring effective resource planning, accountability and performance.
Manage risks and stakeholders: Oversee contracts, project risks, costs and customer relationships to ensure successful delivery.
Improve operations: Strengthen project governance, optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.
Kvalifikace
- 7+ years of experience in complex technical projects, project portfolio management or operational leadership.
- Background in refrigeration, HVAC, building services, industrial technology, construction or similar industries.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including project budgets, profitability and cost control.
- Experience leading project managers or multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong customer management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent Czech and professional working proficiency in English.
