Warranty Manager

Job Overview:

Primoris Renewable Energy (PRE) is seeking a Warranty Manager to join our O&M team. The Warranty Manager is responsible for managing the warranty phase of all projects for PRE. 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:  

• Responsible for safely managing the warranty phase of all projects for PRE 

• Strong understanding of the safety requirements while doing work in a live functioning solar plant 

• Have the technical knowledge and understanding to competently review each warranty claim for validity in comparison to Primoris warranty obligations 

• Strong ability to always interface with customers in a positive manner, keeping the PRE tenants in doing so 

• Serve as principle point of contact for all clients during the warranty phase to submit warranty claims to and receive status updates regarding any active warranty claims 

• May be required to interface with the General Superintendents and Trade Superintendents to identify labor and equipment resources to complete warranty claims if needed 

• Manage and direct team of warranty technicians 

• At all times the Warranty Manager shall keep updated an aggregated Warranty Claim Log and distribute to the Operations team monthly 

• Provide an end of warranty presentation to clients as EPC projects near the final completion stage, may need to update existing presentations to meet obligations of each project 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Ability to travel as needed required  

• Safety Focus 

• Must communicate and collaborate well within large team and field personnel  

• Strong skills with Microsoft office products to be able to assist in any reporting requirements 

• Strong customer focus 

• Strong technical skills in relation to all aspects of a working PV solar facilty
