We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage procurement activities from Purchase Requisition to PO closure
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors
• Prepare procurement compliance documents, including SSJ & SEF
• Coordinate supplier registration and required documentation
• Maintain centralized PO records and tracking
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Follow up on POs from issuance through closure
• Support continuous improvement of procurement workflows and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration
• Experience with PRs, POs, supplier coordination and procurement processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
