What we collect

Account details (name, email), your profile, resumes, work authorization and job preferences, answers you give to application questions, and, if you opt in to texts, your mobile number.

Records of the applications we submit for you, the messages we send you, your replies, and your consent choices.

How we use it

To find matching jobs, fill in and submit applications you've authorized, send you notifications you've agreed to, and understand your replies. We use AI providers to process this data for those purposes.

Who we share it with

Employers and their application systems receive the information needed for each application you authorize.

Service providers that run parts of the service for us: hosting, database, authentication, email delivery (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), and AI model providers.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

Change or turn off notifications in settings, unsubscribe from digests with one click, reply STOP to any text, and ask us to delete your account and data.

Security and retention

Answers to application questions are encrypted at rest. We keep data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward for legal and audit purposes, including consent records.
