Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.

• Assist customers with general inquiries, requests, and service-related concerns.

• Accurately document customer conversations and relevant information.

• Follow established company procedures and communication guidelines.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or next steps.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors when additional assistance is required.
