In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop new business, build long-term client partnerships, and be part of projects that leave a lasting impact on local communities. What You'll Do:
- Generate and develop new commercial construction opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet with customers to understand project goals and building needs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Attend networking events and municipal meetings
- Follow up with current and past customers regarding future projects
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of sales, construction, or related experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand building concepts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred
