Responsibilities

• Communicate information about products, services, and promotional activities to customers.

• Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate team members when needed.

• Support customer-facing communications during promotional events and brand activities.

• Help prepare informational materials and communication resources.

• Ensure messages shared with customers are accurate, clear, and consistent.

• Collect feedback and communicate recurring questions or concerns to the team.

• Assist with coordinating communication needs for events and promotional initiatives.

• Maintain organized records of customer inquiries, feedback, and communication activities.
