Job Summary

Coordinador de Servicio al Cliente estará ubicado en Guadalajara, Norte.

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

 

• Elaboración de SO & PO
• Manejo de Baan o sistema MRP
• Coordinación de embarques y atención al cliente
• Supervisión del equipo de almacén y embarques
• Uso del sistema de exportación FTS
• Comunicación con clientes, seguimiento a estatus y compromisos, así como gestión de retornos de materiales

 

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

• Paquetería office
• Disponibilidad de horario
• Carrera técnica o licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Industrial o área afín.
