About the role

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW

The role supports the Go to Market Project Management Office (PMO) and Holistic Margin Management (HMM) community by providing project operations, systems, and portfolio administration support across commercialization and HMM work. This role helps ensure project information is accurate, current, and actionable across OneView and related PMO tools, while providing surge capacity during key planning and governance periods. The role is designed to improve consistency, data quality, and execution efficiency so Project Managers and PMO leaders can stay focused on higher-complexity delivery, stakeholder leadership, and decision-making.

This is primarily an execution and operational support role responsible for PMO administration, data accuracy, process support, and system-related coordination. The role may flex to the highest-priority PMO needs during peak periods, especially around governance cycles, charter intake, and system transitions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintain accurate, current project, portfolio, and HMM (Holistic Margin Management) value data in OneView and related PMO tools, including data entry, validation, updates, and follow-up on missing or inconsistent inputs.
  • Provide surge support during LTW (Launch To Win) and PMR (Product Management Review) cycles by managing charter intake, checking completeness, coordinating follow-ups, and helping prepare review and resource materials.
  • Support portfolio reporting by validating data, identifying gaps, escalating issues, and maintaining reliable project records across reporting sources.
  • Provide OneView and PMO tool administration, including issue monitoring, user communications, defect resolution, access maintenance, and process or tool enhancement support.
  • Support user adoption and process execution by resolving routine questions, routing complex issues, and assisting with data migration, cleanup, structured uploads, and system transitions, including CPW migration support as needed.
  • Partner with Project Managers, PMO Leads, HMM Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep work moving and reduce administrative burden on the PMO.

•        Expected outcomes:

•        Accurate and current HMM value and allocation data in OneView

•        Timely intake and readiness of project data during LTW and PMR periods

•        Reduced administrative burden on Project Managers and PMO Leads

•        Improved data quality and consistency across PMO and HMM reporting and project records

•        Working relationships:

•        OneView Product Team

•        GTM PMO Capabilities / Governance team (CORE)

•        GTM Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and PMO Leads

•        HMM Central Team and HMM project managers

•        Cross-functional partners, including Supply Chain, Finance, ITQ, Sales, and Brand teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including formula-based work in tools such as Excel and Smartsheet
  • Ability to maintain accurate data, identify issues, and support reporting across multiple systems
  • Ability to learn and work effectively in new tools, including project and no-code platforms
  • Strong organization, follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Collaborative, customer-service mindset with the ability to manage recurring operational work in a deadline-driven environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting a PMO, portfolio, commercialization, supply chain, or project governance environment
  • Experience with Planview, or similar project and portfolio management tools
  • Experience with reporting, data validation, migration support, or HMM/benefits tracking
