• Communicate updates related to shipment holds, obsolescence, EOL notices, and allocation status

• Maintain accurate customer data, quotes, and records within the ERP system

• Support continuous improvement within our Quality Management System (QMS)

• Medical insurance: 75% employer-paid

• Dental and vision insurance: 100% employer-paid

• 401(k) plan with 3% company contribution

• A collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development and growth

• A role where your ideas, technical expertise, and contributions have a direct impact on the business

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of inside sales, account management, or technical customer service experience (aerospace/defense or electronics preferred)

• Strong understanding of microelectronics, semiconductors, and EEE components in A&D applications

• Ability to interpret part numbers, technical documentation, and customer specifications

• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office, with strong Excel skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills
