About us

Fullers360 has been connecting Aucklanders and visitors to the Hauraki Gulf for over 40 years.  With a team of 350+ and a fleet of high-speed ferries and modern buses, we proudly serve nearly 6 million passengers a year, getting commuters to work and visitors to explore.

Our Waiheke Bus Company introduced Auckland’s first electric bus fleet, and we’re proud to be project managing the build of Auckland’s first hybrid-electric fast ferries.  Sustainability, community, and a down-to-earth culture are at the heart of everything we do.

We operate 7 days per week 365 days of the year hence this is a rostered role which will see you work over weekends and public holidays. Due to the nature of our operations the IT team may need to provide after-hours support which includes answering phone calls, providing remote support, and escalating when necessary.

  • You will be required to work rostered shifts which includes weekends & public holidays
  • This is a full-time / permanent role based on 40 hours a week over a rotating roster

Your background, skills and experience:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain language
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Willingness to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Flexibility to provide after-hours support when needed

Desired:

  • Previous experience in Level 1 & 2 support across a multi-site or complex environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, networking, Office 365, and IT security practices

  • Familiarity with retail or hospitality IT setups, including POS systems, is a plus

About our benefits and perks

  • Free basic skin check at Molemap (valued at $200)
  • Access to discounted gym memberships (Auckland Council) and discounted healthcare (Southern Cross)
