Skillbridge Academy is seeking a confident and motivated Marketing Agent to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In this role, you will support marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and create new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the team to represent the organization professionally, communicate our services effectively, and contribute to campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and engaging manner.

• Support the execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.

• Communicate company services, programs, and value propositions clearly to potential customers and partners.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers.

• Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness strategies.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and campaign planning.

• Track interactions, results, and relevant marketing activity.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.

• Maintain a strong understanding of Skillbridge Academy's services and offerings.
