Title: Material Handler
Reports to: Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Scope of Position:
The Material Handler is responsible for movement of material throughout the plant including loading and unloading trucks as required by the Shipping Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Label cartons
- Wrap and band pallets
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
- Provide pallet weights and counts to shipping clerk
- Move material to all department staging areas
- Perform any other tasks/duties as required
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with Shipping, receiving, and general warehouse
- Experience operating forklift and riding pallet jack (willing to train)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using ERP systems
