Comp: $220K-$320K + competitive equity. Location: 5 days in-office NYC; 30 days PTO + 30 days remote/yr; relocation support. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT/H1B) and new sponsorships (H1B, TN); new H1B only for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
Found the Secure Engineering function; drive internal security roadmap across ~20-person eng org
Build and ship customer-facing security products
Write production Go to harden multi-cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes in hundreds of customer accounts
Own cloud/container security end-to-end: IAM, network security, secrets, workload isolation, security logging
Engage directly with customers' security engineers
Tech stack: Go, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Docker, SQL, IAM
