Production Assistant

Job Description

As a Production Assistant at Elevare Branding, you will provide essential support throughout the production process. You will assist with daily operational tasks, coordinate materials and project requirements, maintain organized work areas, and help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production activities and project preparation.

• Prepare, organize, and manage materials, supplies, and equipment needed for production.

• Support production schedules and help ensure deadlines are met.

• Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflows.

• Assist with inventory tracking and organization of production materials.

• Review materials and completed work for accuracy and quality.

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional production and work areas.

• Help prepare projects, orders, and materials for delivery or completion.

• Communicate project updates, needs, or potential delays to the appropriate team members.

• Provide general operational and administrative support when required.

• Follow company procedures and quality standards throughout the production process.

• Assist with additional production-related projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
