Call Center Representative
Are you a people person who thrives on variety? Our Business Development Center team is responsible for establishing and maintaining a premium, high line customer experience for our clients. You will play the crucial role of being the voice of Zimbrick by providing Outstanding Customer Service over the phone. Mastering your personal communication skills is the goal of every member of our team.
What You Will Do
Assist all inbound callers
Efficiently schedule service appointments
Make courtesy outbound calls to clients (no solicitation)
Master written and verbal communication
Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience every time
