This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a fast-paced and diverse business.

Based in Perth, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to deliver effective recruitment solutions, with a strong focus on blue-collar and high-volume roles. You’ll be a key point of contact throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs, confirm role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through job boards, universities, industry networks and external partners
  • Managing pre-employment checks and recruitment documentation to ensure records are accurate, compliant and audit-ready
  • Advising and coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes, procedures and best practice
  • Supporting bulk recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, onboarding and internal mobility initiatives
  • Providing market insights on talent availability, salary expectations and competitor activity to support workforce planning
  • Maintaining SmartRecruiters, tracking recruitment metrics and analysing hiring trends to inform talent acquisition activity
  • Managing agency and vendor relationships while promoting diversity, inclusion and a positive candidate experience
  • Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, while supporting ad-hoc HR projects and general HR administration as required

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, either internally or within an agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience with blue-collar, operational or high-volume recruitment
  • Experience supporting bulk recruitment campaigns and assessment centres
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong administration skills
  • Confidence using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters will be highly regarded
