TREATMENT NURSE — JOIN OUR TEAM!
Are you a nurse who has a passion for wound care, treatments, and making a difference? We want YOU at Hillsboro Post Acute!
We’re looking for a Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team and help keep our residents healthy, comfortable, and thriving.
What You'll Do:
- Provide and document treatments as ordered
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
- Monitor skin integrity and identify changes
- Complete accurate treatment documentation
- Communicate changes with the nursing team, physicians, and families
- Help prevent skin breakdown and promote healing
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team
What We're Looking For:
- LPN or RN
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Compassionate and dependable
- Wound care/treatment experience is a plus
- Long-term care experience is a plus
